HKE Investigations has been investigating state and federal criminal cases on behalf of the accused since 2011.

Helene Einertsen is a private investigator and mitigation specialist with experience in state and federal criminal cases. She has over a decade of experience investigating state and federal capital cases across the country. Helene focuses on investigating state cases at all stages (pre-indictment, trial, and post-conviction) involving accusations of:

• financial crimes;

• drug offenses;

• violent crimes, including child abuse, domestic violence, assault, and homicide.

For 11 years prior to becoming a private investigator, Helene supported attorneys in a paralegal capacity in both criminal and civil cases.
